Mr. Ivo Ciraci has been serving between 1995 and 2012 with the Guardia di Finanza (the Italian Financial Police) as a chief Inspector investigating against fruad and companies’ tax compliance in any business sector.

At the and of 2012 has founded IC STUDIO ACCOUNTING AND TAX LAW – LABOR CONSULTANCY with offices in Melegnano (8 kms from Milan) and in Milan.

In 2013, together with a pool of associates – certified accountants and lawyers – founded ATPF, a specialized firm in the fields of accounting, tax law, labor law, financial and legal services. With offices in Milan, via dell’Annunciata, 23/4 – just few steps away from piazza Duomo e via Montenapoleone – the firm turns its attention to medium and big size companies and international companies offering a 360 degree services.

Three-year Degree – 1° level – in Business Ecomics – University of Bologna

Two-year specialization Degree – 2° level – in Business Economics – Università of Rome

2° level Master degree in Tax Law – Cattolica University in Milan

This path allows the professional to master a very high specialization in Tax Law, Italian and international taxation, HR management, extrordinary operations and procedures, Labor Law.

He is also a specialist regarding Italian company formation for foreigners and social representation for foreign companies who needs to have employees in Italy without having a permanent establishment.
